All standard rooms have small microwave and refrigerator. Rates are
subject to change without notice. Although every effort will be made to
provide a “desired or requested accommodation”, management cannot
guarantee a specific accommodation assignment for the guest.
Management reserves the right to change the reservation at their
discretion based upon availability. Rates may also be higher during
holiday or special events and a minimum stay may be required.
Cancellations not made with in 24 hours of arrival may be subject to a
15% cancellation fee or charge for one night stay. Rates are based
on double occupancy, $5.00 per extra person per day or $30.00 per
week. Discounts may apply according to length of stay.
